“The young lady I met at the door was passive aggressive and a bit of a smart Alex. I had a couple thousand dollars to spend and was the only person from the office available to go shop ... I had limited time and am unfamiliar shopping for appliances, plumbing, lighting etc.
My question to her was simple ... is there anyone available who could help me with all the shopping I needed to do. She began to ummm ahhh I don't think so ...it might take several people ... excuse after excuse.. so I frustrated ..said it's OK and walked off ...as I walked off she muttered under her breath ... I walked back and said excuse me .... she said OH I JUST SAID HOW PRETTY YOU WERE.

“First time for me in a Walmart. I loved it, there was a lot of choice. You can find all the typical American products there and there was a very nice section dedicated to local teams: Tigers, Saints, Jaguars. On the other hand, small plastic shopping bags cost money.”
“Everything was fine in the store except trying to get someone to help there was no one around I kept walking around to find someone and when I did they just pointed in a wrong direction. Still never got my fence cable lmao.”
“Edit: The owner (I assume) called me and apologized for the situation. She refunded my full amount and still sent the $200 order for free and even upgraded it. She went above and beyond to make this right and I’m truly satisfied with the customer service. I’m leaving my initial problem up so others can be rest assured that if anything comes up, that I have faith they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Horrible experience. I tried to get flowers delivered and I put in my address and said it would be delivered that day and they charged me $25. After I paid I got a call saying that I need to pay more money to even qualify for me to have the delivery. And then was told there isn’t enough drivers for me. And then I was told the florist is closed. It was one thing after another. Excuses to not give me what I paid for. And when I asked to cancel I was told they couldn’t until a manager came in the next day and I wouldn’t receive a email or any kind of confirmation is was canceled. I’d have to just trust them. Horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this if your in need of flowers that day for a special occasion.”
