Terrible experience. Poor customer service, no greeting. Went in for an exchange and was basically told to order it myself although there was an online pickup/return area with no one manning it. There were 4 employees chilling behind the register with arms folded while 1 employee checked out customers by himself. I'll never return to this location. What a waste of payroll.

I was highly impressed with the customer service j. J. A guy who was there went completely out of his way to search for my daughter's size and style. He highly impressed me tie at checkout was very friendly. Very informative. She gave me discounts that I did not know was available. I will be forever grateful.

This was my family and I first time visiting this location on Saturday. Upon entering, the layout is nice and clean and there's a good selection of items. The staff on the other hand is a different story. To say they have front-facing roles, they lack good customer service skills. The door greeters didn't greet us at all and we walked around the store about 20 minutes before someone actually offered help. When checking out, the cashier's demeanor was very rude and nasty. This is NOT the location to go to if you are seeking personalized and friendly customer service.

Chasity The Manager Said She Does Not Care:My son & I searched several stores to find a shoe he liked.. We were able to find a pair @ this particular Nike Store. We found a pair of suede low top AJ1s that were perfect and there was an additional 20% discount.To our dismay, there was a small stain on the shoe’s toe box. I spoke to a you by woman by the name of Chasity about the stain and she rudely pointed to the 20% off sign w: no audible response.. I had to ask for her to actually speak and tell me what’s going on. She told me she would attemt to remove the stain w: a shout wipe, but it didn’t work.We had a bit more small talk about the shoe & I was still willing to make the purchase. Chasity treated me like she didn’t care so I asked, “You Seem Like You Don’t Care.. Do You Not Care..?” Chasity shook her head and said, “No.”My son asked why she was so mean and I thought it was a good time to teach him that we DO NOT FOR ANY REASON Support People That Treat Us This Way.This happened around 4:50pm (cst) on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.I also plan to post this to both of my instagram pages w: over 70k followers colectively between @RichSemere & @VeganTrapChicken
