I'm from Houston, i was lost in a town where i know no one, had to leave work and about to break down. Mr Neil, if that's his name coz honestly i think he was an angel, saved my life, i was crying and felt alone, he fixed me up and rebuilt my faith in my father God. If someone asked me what a true Christian looked like, I'd tell them i met a real one in Baton rouge Louisiana at this shop, forever thankful ?

Best auto shop i've ever been to hands down. Dropped off my truck this morning for radiator swap,brake job, and misfire. Picked it up this afternoon and I couldn't be more satisfied. Not to mention they charged me less than another shop wanted to charge me for just the radiator swap. 10/10 recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance

I used to go to Neil's years ago when I was a member of Bethany Church when I lived in Azalea Lakes. At that time he was trustworthy and reliable. Not sure what happened but something has changed. I moved to St. Louis with my new wife but was driving down to Baton Rouge and the engine light came on so I figured no problem, I'll take it to Neil's. His daughter called me and quoted me a good estimate so I went with it. Went to pick up the next day and the price Neil told me was over double of what I was told. I was told, "Labor is separate" and isn't included in the quote. I have never heard of a shop that give an estimate that doesn't include labor, parts and everything else. Ended up paying way more than it was worth, over $300 more. Worst part is he just kinda laughed at me smugly and didn't understand why I was upset like it was "no big deal." Last time I'll ever go to Neil's and I'll be telling all my old friends at Bethany not to go here anymore!

This guy is a huge pile of steaming sh*t. Quoted me a fair price for a used transmission, and then when my elderly father called to pay for it, he pulled a bait-and-switch and ordered a brand new one instead, claiming that my dad "must've misunderstood" which was a complete lie. Then held my vehicle hostage and strong-armed my dad until he paid the full amount, over $3000 more than what had been agreed upon. Don't believe a word Neil says -- he's no man of God; he's a liar, a scammer, and a thief! Can't wait to see him in court!

On a rec from a friend, Neil saved me ~$200 off the dealership’s cost for a new O2 sensor. Best of all, he finished in 2 hours after estimating it would take all day! Highly recommended. I’ll be back with any future issue!

Mr. Neil has been so helpful and kind! He does the right thing by me, not only with the car, but he's been so mindful of the financial aspect too. He is a good person which is so hard to find when looking for a good mechanic shop. Seems to me like he gives respect and consideration, simply expecting it in return! I would recommend his shop to anyone.

My experience was good, addressed the issue after running diagnostic check. Price for part and labor was reasonable. Called with quote and once approved completed the work quickly.
