Trying calling her back to reshuffle around her schedule cus she got my deposit and nothing mind u she told me my dog need a shot her vet didn't have it he had to order it and then wait for it to come it since it was in high demand it took longer and I call this company back and nothing but they keep ur money doe

I wanted to like them, they did a cut for my morkie a couple months ago... I just feel like something was off... they don't let you inside, but then claimed my morkie was snapping at them and that they have to charge extra I thought that was so bizzare... he has only barked a handful of times in his life and I have never seen him snap at an animal or a person.

OMG Lisa and her staff are TOP notch. Having used groomers in other big cities I can with certainty that there is no groomer better then Lisa..anywhere! Kind, gentle, explains all charges up front, explains in detail how to maintain and daily up keep has kept my buddy happier and healthier then ever. He use to hate going to the groomer now I think he wants to go more then I want to take him.If you are looking for a groomer then look no further, the absolute best in the state!!

They told my mother before she paid them the 25 deposit can it be refunded if she can't get her dog groomed. So they lied and said, that they will not pay her 25 deposit back, because of a shot record that I sent her. This doesn't make sense and they did lied. These women should not be lying to their customers and I will let people know.You was not willing to refund. Before you my mother gave you the 25 deposit. She asked, you what if you cannot get your dog groomed? That's before she gave you the deposit and you explained to her you can. All you said, at the time was to send you shot records. In which I did. Now you tell my mother, because it is not up to date that it cannot be refunded over a shot a record. That's a load of bull. When you told her before that it can be refunded if she can't do it. This is where you lied mam. An I agree with the other comment. You are not being honest with your customers over money. You keep acting like this your business will not last.

The team did a great job with the 4 mini Schnauzers. They did exactly what I asked. They didn't scalp the little ones like other groomers did in the past. Their coats were nice and even with the traditional Schnauzer face. We'll definitely come back. Keep up the great work!

Two months wait-list for a groom, then the assistant at pickup tells my wife it will be an extra charge for "matting" of hair.You need to provide the estimate for the groom and the basic service, which is what we requested.. I'm contacting you to request a refund for the surcharges. In the future , communicate if a dog is matted and you shave the dog or you ask via telephone what we would like to do then apply the service and not try to add charge without asking.

my dog got a great groom and the groomer was very interested in how i wanted my dog to be groomed but it was a little pricey :/ i paid 87$ for my small dog and then they proceeded to try to convince me to get on a 6 week plan. my dogs hair does not grow fast so he really only needs a groom every 3 months or so. not the best price for a college student. i brought him to pet smart and paid 60$ and got the same beautiful groom! plus they bathed him without extra cost!
