Millennium Auto Group is the best. Moe is awesome love them. Had a small battery issue after I bought the car. Called them and let them know so they immediately came and picked up the car and gave me a loaner and took care of it right away. Thank you guys.

Picking up the phone to keep a customer updated seems like it's impossible to do now with salesmen but oh they quick to run that credit file or try to talk you into something you don't want. I guess it's the way of the business!!!! Customer Service is trash here until proven otherwise.Update: me and my co-signer credit has been ran and we would like and update on getting in the vehicle we inquired about. Even if we come up there the wait process would be even more horrible since the walk-in traffic is that much. Hence why we did it over the phone to prevent us coming up there to waste time we can't get back. Those workers get paid to be up there, we dont.

They go above and beyond, have impeccable attention to detail, give you white glove service at your first interaction to after the car is delivered, ensuring ultimate satisfaction.The night before I reached out to the Millenium team, I filled out a few things online at local Arizona dealerships, looking for a lease and my phone blew up the next day. All I wanted was to know what my payments would be on different cars. I was bombarded by phone and email. It was chaos.I found Millenium and the process didn’t involve any pressure. They cared about what mattered to me and said, “I’ll find what you are looking for. Let me do my thing.” Within 30 minutes, they had exactly what I wanted, collected information from me, got the payment I was looking for and saved me so much money!!!Trust this company. They will take great care of you. They set up my car delivery, tinted the windows, and detailed the car. It was pain free and actually, enjoyable!
