“Christian helped me at the store in Mandeville on Hwy 22, not in Baton Rouge. I ordered and paid for the canopy during lunch, then went to pick it up. Christian met me at the door, asked how he can help me and just did everything perfectly. Whomever taught him did so very well. Very pleasant staff, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I stumbled on them because where I normally make a turn was packed with traffic and I had to take an alternate route; saw the sign, figured I’d check them out, exceptional customer service made me thrilled to make a purchase- they had on the shelf something specific I had been looking for that Cabela’s , bass pro, precision, etc all didn’t have.The entire staff was great, but if you want a real treat as a customer make sure you ask for Lars- there is nothing that man cant help you with.I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“One of my favorite stores; however, online, it claims to be opened from 12-3 on Sunday. Although here I stand, within 10 feet from the store on a Sunday at 1:12, and the store is locked up. Another bystander shared in my confusion when I was here at noon, and they suggested that it may open at 1. Yet, here I am, now 1:13, sitting outside a closed store which I long to enter.”

“I had the best experience shopping here. The store was clean and neatly organized and well stocked with christmas PJs and cute winter apparel. The workers were all so polite and kind and helped me multiple times getting down clothes on tall racks. I am excited to go back. Whoever was working at this store 11/18/22 around 245pm was THE BEST. She was an older lady and worked on the floor (wish I got her name) and had the kindest attitude ever!!! Love y'all and Old Navy.”
“The person working the cash register was incredibly nice and easy going. They have straight, blonde-ish hair. Keep them around!
Unfortunately, the manager (I think?) seemed less than enthused to have to speak to them. I was shocked because, at one point, the sales person greeted this guy (short brown hair, black polo shirt) and the guy didnt even respond! Not even a head nod or eye contact! Then later, the sales person said very respectfully "Before you go to the back, could you do _____ for me please?" The manager(?) again didn't say a word, just grunted and went off.
Like...what???”
