“I've been using LabCorp for about 6 years, the first 2 or 3 times I used the Summa location. That location was awful. They were too slow, and they had trouble finding my order and would require me to call my doctor to fax my order. The staff at Summa was very unprofessional, and always left me feeling uncared for.I began using the Industriplex Blvd location after the first few experiences at Summa. Industriplex is MUCH better. They always have my orders, and they are efficient and courteous. I recently needed to get labwork done, and I needed to walk. Because Summa was SO BAD, I chose to walk the EIGHT MILES to Industriplex, rather than the 3.5 or 4 miles to Summa.I would advise anyone who wanted to use LabCorp, to go to Industriplex.”
