I have had two negative experiences with this establishment which is very surprising considering the reputation.
I bought 1 tire after a blowout. I arrived on a doughnut to pay for that tire. Now that doughnut is missing.
A few months later I went and bought 3 tires from this establishment. Two of the three tires have had to be replaced after only 18 months. I saved my receipt from the sale. Tires should last longer than that.
I'm a young woman with limited funds. I feel I was misled and taken advantage of. I'm an excellent driver and have a great driving record, so that is not the explanation for why 2/3 tires would have to be replaced in an 18 month time period.
It's a shame for a place that is supposed to have a good reputation.
In my experience, don't come here if you are a young woman with limited funds. They'll steal your doughnut and sell you shoddy tires.

The staff is very friendly and the owner is extremely honest, even if that means he won’t make as much money off you.
I felt heard and cared for visiting here for new tires.
They are a bit more pricey than some places, but the quality of service and the guarantee they offer on tires is unmatched and worth it!

My 1st visit here for two sets of tires based on the recommendation of a mobile RV technician. I LOVED THIS BUSINESS! Excellent service, extremely friendly and honest! I needed full sets for a SUV and a travel trailer. I had two installations in less than two hrs! Very pleased!

They guys know what they are doing! Great customer service! Excellent prices!! Super fast work! I’ve been going here for years for tires and now I know that they are just as amazing at mechanical repair work! Highly recommended! :)

My LSU student daughter blew out 2 tires. We had the car towed to the shop, the people were extremely courteous to her. Ordered her 2 new tires immediately & installed at a very reasonable price. I live in NOLA so it's hard to send your daughter to a place & expect her to get treated right at a reasonable price but this place did it. Can't thank them enough for being honest people. Will never send her anywhere else for tire problems.
