Amazing place! The owner and workers really care about you! I had a break down in the gym the other day bc my weight wasnt where I wanted it and Christy and the personal trainer took time and talked me through it. 2 days later I got a call from christy checking in on me bc she hadnt seen me and wanted to make sure I was ok. NO OTHER PLACE WOULD EVER BE THAT AMAZING! A few of them have even asked me how my dad has been bc he has been having lots of surgeries! Like what other place would ever do that?!?! The owner is so nice and always gives fist pumps that remind me to keep up the hard work. They all have great personalities and will help you or talk you through anything. They also can joke with you and have a great time. The place is super clean and everyone knows everyone . It really is a family atmosphere and I fee so comfortable here. I am supported and always get positive comments from all staff! NEVER LEAVING THIS PLACE! This is my second home now and I am so thankful for all they have done for me and for not treating me like a number or just a monthly subscription. I recommend this place to all of my own patients. I am never judged and only encouraged. Best gym ive ever been to. Thank you guys for being so amazing and helping me with my journey to getting fit/healthy! I LOVE YALL!!!

This is a big open and clean facility with plenty of space. There is plenty of equipment, and it is well maintained. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend!

Loved the facility, always fixed anything that broke immediately, clean gym, definitely a good gym if you're looking for weight lifting. Lots of squat racks, never had to wait for one, lots of dumbbells and benches again, never had to wait for one. If you have to wait it's during super high traffic time and didn't take long before one was available. Gym is constantly holding raffles and events. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I am moving and I'm going to miss this gym so much!! Only issue is the weekends the hours are shorter, but it's awesome the facility cares about the employees and their own personal lives. Giving them holidays and shorter weekend hours. Loved this gym.

Staff is pretty friendly and will make a conscious effort to learn your name by heart. The facility is clean and has just about everything you could want. I would prefer a sauna and maybe a few other machines added but those are very mild nit picks. Overall I’ve had some of the best workouts of my life at this gym!!

I've been going to this gym for a couple of years now. It's very affordable for the selection of equipment and conveniently located near my house. There appear to be a bunch of spammy reviews here by disgruntled people who I suspect have ulterior motives. None of the situations they describe have ever happened to me or anyone I know that uses this gym. Actually speaking to the staff would have solved 99 percent of their problems. As to the guy who wants day care for kids at the gym, please do not heed that suggestion. The reason for my four stars is the short Sunday hours. I work a full week and like to use the weekend to get in workouts. Otherwise, this is a good, affordable, neighborhood gym.

I joined this gym a few months back and I only have great things to say! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My dad lost his iPad there and they locked it up in the office until we were able to come and pick it up. I would definitely recommend if you need a new place to work out.

This is a very nice gym! John is constantly cleaning & maintaining the equipment. The lunch crowed is friendly and the staff is great!

It is easier to cut through your own leg with a butter knife than cancel your gym membership here. Every sketchy characteristic about a gym all in one convenient place. It does not matter if you move the owner has to grace you with a cancellation. The billing will continue even if you die so make sure you like the facilities your grandchildren will be paying for them.Edit for the owner: I am glad you kept notes on me. I suffered a brain injury in the line of duty with the Army in the last year that persists currently and I am unable to work out at the direction of my neurologist unless you think you know better than them. The reason these payments were late is I was unaware they were continuing and I live in Dallas not that it has any affect on what I said. What you do not mention is that I paid the entire balance including the late fees with no complaint. My complaint is that if you want to cancel you have to send a certified letter to the owner in which he has sole authority to approve allowing you to be free of this contract. You cannot cancel online, over the phone, or even in person. It is not month to month it is month to certified mail cancellation plus the next month after receiving your certified mail.

Spent a bit more money due to cancellation before an year. Its something between 50 to 100$ gym development fee as soon as I joined and 30 notice period + 50$ cancellation fee. I was not informed about the 30 day notice period when I joined. Apart from that equipments are good and well maintained. Restroom and showers can be maintained or restructured better.

The staff here is always super friendly! Plenty of equipment to workout on and membership prices are super reasonable. I love going to the gym here! Only downside is sometimes the hours aren’t as long as other gyms. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Owned and operated locally!

I’ve known John and Christie for over 10 years and have worked for them at one point. They are the nicest folks and they treat the members like family. The gym has a fairly large free weight room with a large variety of machine weights and a jungle gym. Their cardio zone has everything you need including a raised deck full of alypticals and treadmills. Their memberships are also affordable for all the amenities you receive. I highly recommend and if I could drop higher than a 5 star I would! ??

Whatever you do, do not sign a contract with this gym. I signed a yearly contract and consistently went to this gym for roughly 7 months and it was a decent gym. However, I had to move for my job and so I called and requested to cancel my membership. They denied my cancelation because I didn't live more than 40 miles away, only 32 miles away. So I figured fine ill pay the rest of the year and call it done. Oh boy was I wrong, they reupped me for a full new year without informing or asking me, even after seeing a cancelation request on my account. So after canceling my card on file they proceeded to send my membership to debt collection. Absolutely disgusting business practices.
