My kayak needed some repairs and the folks here were super friendly and helpful. They don't do repairs at this location, but they were able to send my kayak to their Covington location (at no additional charge) to someone who could repair it. Thanks for being so flexible and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Tried returning a $30 item 3 days past the return policy read the date wrong. Would not give a refund, very poor customer service. They have lost a customer! We purchased all of our family's ski gear there and we are going skiing again this yesr.

This place is borderline dangerous if you are prone to buying outdoor gear. :) Great helpful staff -- was so flexible when we needed to rent a kayak.

Didn’t actually have what I purchased online and sent me the item (Salewa approach shoes) in the wrong color. Gets 2 stars not 1 only because they promptly processed my full refund.

I ordered the wrong sleeping pad and was worried about if I could get a refund or exchange it for another product. But, Erin and Connor quickly put those fears to rest. They were immediately helpful and incredibly polite, and managed to secure the refund with no problem whatsoever. I will definitely be returning here before I take my next hiking trip!
