Well since I can't get anyone on the phone I'd like to post my question here why in the hell did I spend my money on a company that supposedly makes America made bats when in fact they come from China I would have spent my money elsewhere. Marucci should be ashamed that they are misleading the American consumer.

Can’t say enough about a company that backs their warranty.My kid overworked his bat (probably gauged wrong when I bought it for him / he does have a lot of power) -And Marucci replaced it- no questions asked (other than the initial question on the form / describing the issue).It’s all about the comfort and feel on the hit - and my kid loves his Marucci bats (owns a Vanta and a Cat x composite).

A+++ customer service. Marucci goes above beyond for their customers and community. My 11 year olds Cat 9 composite cracked after 6 months of heavy use. Marucci replaced it with the newer Cat X, and also over night shipped it, so he would have it for his tournament this weekend! Thank you!

My 11 year olds Cat 9 composite cracked after 6 months of heavy use. Not only did Marucci honor the warranty, but they sent the newer, more expensive Cat X composite as a replacement! They also overnighted it so he would have it for his tourney this weekend! Marucci is the best!

I read a review and I had the same experience with a bat. The tip of the bat got broken. And my son's friend also had the same issue. Customer service terrible!!!. The company didn't offer a bat replacement. I'm waiting on an answer. Let's see how long it will take. Based o. That I can correct my review. Terrible experience. I thought Marucci was a serious como ay with a broken tip bat. So disappointed

My son and I have the best time practicing hitting & pitching in the cages. The facility is always clean and it great because it has 24hr access. The merchandise is great and you can test test bats out before purchasing. Glad to be a member.

Unfortunately we are limited to using Marucci since the league that we have joined only orders the uniform bundle through them. We ordered a baseball uniform bundle ($375) for our son and wanted to return he helmet because it was to large. They said that we can ship it back but it would be out of pocket. The cost to return the helmet via FedEx was $27 when the cost of the helmet itself was $35. Most business now offer free shipping on returns. I feel that for the amount of business that this company gets they can afford to have that service available. The email responses weren't friendly either. Other parents on the team were also complaining about the lack of customers service. I read an employee's review that worked there saying that customers were always angry.. ever wonder why we are upset and angry? If customer service was actually one of their mottos, you would have happy customers calling!

My son and I are new to basebsll. The staff was very courteous and fairly knowledgeable. We bought a Cat 7 bat and a fielders glove. The glove turned out to be to small. Maybe a lil more insight on how to tell a proper fitting glove would have helped. A great inventory. Over all,I give them a thumbs up and will be back for future purchases.

Extremely disappointed in this company!! Even if they are outsourcing to another country their customized jerseys for team members, after 2 MONTHS we have yet to receive our team jerseys. We were not given a choice this time around and had to order a “bundle” that cost the parents over $200 consisting of 2 hats, 2 jerseys, practice tee and shorts. In 5 weeks we got the practice tee and shirts, not nothing else. Another 3 weeks and we got a box with 2 hats, and NO JERSEYS. The season is almost over and we have yet to get our product, and quite honestly the most important part of the bundle.?? I am one of many parents who are fed up with “we’ll email you when we get a notice it’s been shipped” week after week excuses. Hoping our request to use a local and much more reliable company for our kids will be honored by SBA next season!!
