Horrible work, my teenagers went here with my sister to get a full set with French tips. First issue they were quoted one thing then charged a significantly higher amount the price went from $35 to $70 and when asked to explain the price difference they couldn't come up with the reason they considered the French tips a fan design French tip and said extra length was $20 extra, they even added in a manicure for $25 that they didn't ask for in the price. Mind you my kids showed them a pic of what they wanted and asked for the price so why wasn't all that quoted to them when asked for the price? Second issue the nails were very sloppily done, and no one was willing to even fix it or admit that they mis quoted the price like that. We will never patronize this place and if you're reading this please save yourself the headache and find a better nail shop not worth the money and the experience was just bad overall!

It's hit or miss here and the prices are honestly outrages for what you get. I payed 70$ for dip with a French tip and it's only day 3 since I've been and the edges are flaked off cause it wasn't curred correctly not to mention how bumby the nails were when I left. I won't be coming back there are way more places that do a better job for less. I feel played honestly.

I had great reviews years ago but now they are not so good. They are rude. They only speak to certain customers. Late opening. Act as if it's okay to treat people a certain way and we are paying you to keep your establishment open. The energy there is not good anymore. So many other nail techs and nail shops ladies I'm speaking from years of experience going to only this shop. I was a loyal customers. This is not the best option. They are not the only place that offers dip anymore and they are not the best nail shop. Pick better. Your time and money should be highly valued.

I previously went to lucky nails and had a good experience. However, my most recent visit I had the chrome nails done. The lady who did them was rough pulling my hands and rushed the entire process not speaking a word to me. She had a visible attitude and would get me and my friends attention with a rude “hey” instead of “mam”. She left residue all around my nails that I had to scrub off myself that night. As I was trying to get some of the residue off the chrome layer on my thumb nail chipped, that SAME night I got them done, the top of that nail was also chipping.
I went back the next day and told them and they “fixed it”. I had a different lady who didn’t reapply the chrome layer evenly, missing a big spot at the bottom, making me almost rather the chip that the two toned reds…
I also asked this lady fixing my nail if she could remove the remaining red residue from the night before on my other hand. She proceeded to speak Chinese with the lady who id been with the night before. I got no apology for the initial bad service from anyone, if anything they seemed inconvenienced. Was pretty inconvenient for me to use my lunch break to go back to the nail place. Will not be going back again. $53 to waste my time going back and still not getting it fixed properly. Very rude service even though I remained nice and understanding the entire time.

Unfortunately I can't speak to the quality of this place because they don't take appointments and their wait times are 30-40 minutes. Will take my (scheduled) business elsewhere.

I went to this salon about 3 weeks ago. At first my nails were lovely. Great shape and filed nicely. After about 1 week the nails began to lift at the nail bed. I had not had acrylic nails in 8 months. So when my nails started lifting I was in shock. My daughters nails began lifting about 5 days after having a new set. Nail lifting is very painful and not worth the trouble. Good job at the first looks bit it's not worth it for nail lifting.Service: Acrylic nails

First few times was nice but that third time. When I ask for my nail to be polished a different way they complained as if it was their nails. She said it did look good. But I like it and so didn't others cause it was me.

My first visit here was in February. I was extremely pleased with my service and appreciative that they saw me 15 minutes before closing. I returned to get my nails done again . Extremely friendly service. My nail that I recently got done chipped today ONLY ONE. I traveled 45 minutes just to get one nail fixed. I arrived at 6:30P. Website states you’re open , the sign on the door is lit up saying open, and the door is unlocked. I noticed someone was inside and two ladies of Caucasian decent just walked out. The nail tech didn’t greet me or ask what I needed done. She kept repeating we’re closed, we’re closed, we’re closed. To me this one poor customer service experience has pushed me away completely. If the time changed to 6:00P closing I feel the website should be updated and all staff should be gone to insinuate you’re actually closed.

I have 6 crooked nails!!!!!!!! My cousin mentioned this nail salon to me when I moved up to Baton Rouge for school. I have not left this place since. Today, I went early around 10am. I was their only customer and it took them an hour and a half to finish my regular dip. Usually it takes 45 minutes on a busy day. I'm disappointed by the way they treated me today. Not only did they ignore me, but the lady who did my nails, she shaped my nails SIDEWAYS!!! I should've left with perfect nails considering I was the only person in there. I felt disrespected since all of the workers were just lounging around. I've never waited that long, and I thought I would've saved time going early on a Monday morning.

The best nail shop I've gone to. Everytime I go my nails are always on point. Recently, I went to get a mani&pedi. They have dropped the ball with the quality of service. Don't waste your money!
