First off once I walked through the door I was greeted by all members of the team, I felt very welcomed. I was offered a basket and asked if I was looking for something specific which I absolutely loved. I was able to get in and out with the help of the team. They were very helpful and have wonderful taste.

I had an amazing experience here at Lovisa! They were so helpful and attentive and even fixed my pericing that claires! Damiyah was so helpful and genuine with me and my friends. I will definitely be back soon!

I honestly want to give this experience a 0 star rating. i have been shopping here since the location first opened and never had an issue, until today. I go in looking for a few items notice there was clearance and sale signs around the store per usual but they are very confusing which I do not blame the workers for, I blame the company. When putting the merch out, some would have the red stickers and some would not but ALL are with the 4 for $15 section. Very misleading. Now here's where I fault the workers. TWO young ladies were working on shift today and one particular was on her phone the entire duration of my visit, loudly speaking to her friend about an experience she recently had with a guy. No decorum at all. I was basically ignored at the cash register until the other girl comes up but before she even spoke to me, she took a phone call on HER personal phone after she heard it rung which prompted her to even get up off the floor and come up to the register. Lovisa, you all honestly do not believe in customer service and for your jewelry to be so high priced, you should. Retrain your team asap. Otherwise, you will only be faced with crazy conversion numbers and high shrink. It's ridiculous how unfocused the employees were today and how rude they are.

Was not greeted when entering the store not even asked if I needed help while shopping in the store. The young lady was all into her phone the entire time.

Very Rude Team Member 84038. My bill came to $62.63. I handed her $100 bill. She said I can't take that very rude. Then I found $62 & put it in front of her to find the rest in my purse & found a $10 & put that with the $62. She kept looking at me. I said " Did I not hear you right? She said "Pick it up & hand it to me" which caught me off guard. I picked it up & handed it to her. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there anymore.

My first time every encountering a Lovisa was in Texas. I was beyond excited when they opened one here in Baton Rouge. I love jewelry. It's soooo much to choose from & it's quite affordable. My experiences here so far has been great.

I was shopping for jewelry for a photoshoot and decided to stop in this location because looks from walking by the jewelry was nice. This was my first time visiting. The employee Tatiana was engaged with her friend having lengthy conversation during my whole shopping experience. Never was I acknowledged or offered assistance. Once I found what I was looking for i proceeded to check out. Tatiana rung up my items and then left the register to get a bag from the storage room to put my purchase in. I leave the store walk to the next store. I check my bag to match jewelry with the potential outfit I want to purchase all to notice I was missing two of my items purchased. I returned to the store to see if the young lady forgot to put them in the bag by mistake and immediately she became defensive and rude. She called the manager on duty, Alayna to assist with the issue. She was no better, beyond rude!! The young ladies were rolling their eyes, arms folded, and very unapologetic. One even accused me of stealing the two missing items that was purchased. The store does not provide a paper receipt only email. No return policy, receipt policy, not even the sale policy was explained before I purchased. I had to provide the young lady with my email to receive a receipt that was once I returned for my missing items. I was told the receipt my take up to 20 mins to receive. It was 4 hours later, I received it. I asked for the camera to be reviewed. I was told it won't be until the next day. I got the regional manager contact information and taking it farther. I will never return and I would not recommend anyone to shop there ever.

It was not good .I came to the store and the gate was down .There was no in the store.I waited about thirty minutes for someone to come back .I wish I got the person who serviced me name .She was extremely apologetic and helpful .I will go back because the earrings are pretty and for sensitive ears .

the workers were very rude and also not helpful at all. not only that but the store was very unorganized. me and my friends were waiting to be given service at the counter while the workers were MIA.

I had a horrible experience at this store. The workers were rude and unprofessional. They did nothing make sure me and my friends were having a good shopping experience. Not only were their sales confusing, but they did nothing to help us understand them. After trying to check out and realizing we misunderstood the sale (not out fault), we left the store, not having bought anything. The workers were petty and rude about this. They went as far as talking bad about our group. I wish I had the name of the specific worker, because believe me, I would be reporting them. I have never had such a horrible experience at a store. This experience ruined our whole day. I will never come back not only for their horrible service, but their cheap, ugly, and unorganized jewelry selections.

Workers were awful. She was on her phone while checking me out the whole time and told me to hold while she replied to her texts. Also they didn’t know anything about the jewelry on display, I figured it out myself. It was just awful service all around. Hopefully they changed workers because I love their jewelry and they offered an assortment of jewelry for sensitive skin.
