Don't believe a word about paying you for preventative check ups or testing or anything. I was with them for years and did all of them. They paid me for 1 thing my first year and then stopped paying for anything. Emailed them, called them and nothing. Now, I lost coverage and will never see a penny.

They have made me reschedule my appointment 3 times due to them not being able to pick me up.

Since switching to Wellcare customer service is awful, they don't have correct information and give you the run around. I takes repeated calls for resolution.
