I dropped a gun off because it kept jamming. I left them with bullets to shoot it so they could see where it jammed at. On Tuesday, after not hearing from them, I called and was told he just shot it, and it didn't have any issues. I came it to pick it up and was hit with a 40$ fee, which was not told to me up front. I asked why it was 40 to shoot my bullets if no service was done, and he said because he had to shoot it. They didn't grease it or anything. They became very rude, and I gave them a 50$ bill and left since they were hurting that hard for money to jack people. I went shot the gun, and it still jams. Please buy your protection from any other establishment. Unprofessional and rude.

I have bought two guns from this store. I highly recommend Louisiana Firearms because the staff does not push you to buy something like a used car salesman. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind, I would look for Drake in the store, he knows his stuff.

Bought my first hand gun here on my 21st birthday. They were super friendly even the employees not servicing me directly were talkative and vibrant. The employees were super knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had over the phone and when I arrived I got a great handgun for a great deal and a free pass to the shooting range.
