What a weird experience. Ive lost over 100lbs and came in wanting to buy 4-5 new bras since my old ones don't fit.
Tasha treated me like a criminal from the moment I walked in. She kept taking things out of my hands, wouldnt let me bring multiple options into the fitting room, kept double checking that I wasn't sneaking anything in, etc.
Simultaneously, she was being super helpful to a customer that came in after me for bras. Bringing her options, letting her take in as many things as she wanted, making suggestions, etc.
All in all, a really disheartening experience. I won't be back.

My mom and I came in to this location a few days ago to buy some bras. These women working in the store are so strange. They came in our dressing room multiple times without being asked. I was under the impression that they thought we were trying to steal. Lol! We have been to this location several times since they have been open and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I help my mom try on bras because she’s a senior and has trouble getting her bra on and off. We bought several bras that day. Don’t think we will come back to this location again.

I don't usually shop at Lane Bryant, but I needed a nice bra for my anniversary outfit and honestly didn't know where else to go locally. I'm really glad I did though. The sales associate, LaTasha, was beyond helpful as soon as I walked in the door. I told her what size I thought I was and she immediately was like, hmm let's try something else. I've never had a bra fit so well in my life! She was so nice and patient and just truly knew what she was doing, it was so refreshing.
