I always love arriving to a business where the workers have decided to lock the doors 10 minutes early and refuse to answer phones or even the door when you knock on it. Then you call customer service and the rep on the phone hangs up in your face. There are other options in baton rouge and this location will not be one... read full comment

Sent a patient to lab corp for a stat blood draw, they didn't do the most important test ordered. When I called they said patient would have to come back because blood wasn't frozen. Patient went back for stat order again! They LOST her blood and again test wasn't done again!!
