Room was clean!Bed was comfortable and clean with comfortable bedding! Enough clean towels have been provided.I stayed in a Bed friendly room with my 10lbs dog.In my opinion, the room rates are to high for that type of room/hotel. I paid 89$ + Tax + Pet fee!The Receptionist at Check out was very pleasant!Unfortunately the room is very echoey!I would recommend, leaving stapled together pillow decorations out of the room!Fast food options are nearby!

Nice room, shower and room was clean.Breakfast was the same every morning, most places mix up their hot food offerings - Had hoped for the same.Was in a great location off the interstate, near restaurants, gas stations and some shopping - Walmart and Walgreens in particular. Best of all close to family and only an hour from most sites including New Orleans.

This hotel needs to properly train their staff in customer service. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened and turned on the lights. Instead of nicely informing me that they were not open, their staff member turned off the lights and kicked me out. While I understand they were not yet open, a simple, “Sorry, we aren’t open” would have sufficed. The individual clearly lacks the basics of human etiquette let alone the soft skills necessary to work in the hospitality field.Rooms: This hotel needs to properly train their staff in customer service. If you cherish your sleep, please, do not stay here. It sounds like I am staying on a GD racing strip. Every single car that drives by either has their bass up or is showing off their loud exhaust. Most likely compensating for something.

Great hotel Lynette was wonderful checking me in at midnight and overall the hotel was clean and well kept.Great breakfast in the morning.This is my hotel when I need to visit Baton Rouge, la again.

We enjoy our stay especially with our dog. Upon arrival the hotel smelled fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.Rooms: Spacious, clean and fresh.Noteworthy details: Dog friendly and staff was excellent

Wonderful staff , super clean rooms. Only one item was the food preparer had lots of pepper on the eggs for breakfast. Got a bit carried away i believeRooms: The rooms are beautiful and beds very firm.

Cleanest hotel I've been in for years. Either a new build or recently renovated, but looks amazing. Parking lot lights provided tons of light. Receptionist was extremely helpful and direct. RaceTrac gas station and I-12 being right there was awesome. Only downside was trying to leave. Traffic exiting can get heavy and just had to be patient enough to wait for safe opening to cross to get back to I-12.

(10-2-3-2023) The Staff was SUPER nice! Fast check in/out. Smelled nice when I walked in. Room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were exactly what I love in a pillow! Bathroom stocked well. A/C was very cold went below 60! I loved the style curtain/shades. Complete darkness! Nice & quiet! I slept so good!!I would reccomend this hotel to everyone!! Great place to stay and a very decent price!! I will stay there again in the future. I was in room 220. Outside area was well maintained clean and felt safe! Easy access to places to eat or shop. I had a great stay! No COMPLAINTS! ?Edited:Stay again on 10-9-23Excellent! No issues! Read above review! Remains the same! Room 314 this time. I love the beds and pillows!Will stay again soon! ?Nearby activities: Lots of places to go eat or shop or to get gas.Safety: Great PLACE and definitely felt safe.

The staff was excellent. They were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Our family was in town for a funeral during LSU Homecoming weekend. Ms. Vee was exceptional in making accommodation arrangements for our multiple rooms. Lynette Elps facilitated a smooth & pleasant checkout. She even made sure we took muffins “for the road” since we required an early morning checkout.The hotel was very clean.Nearby activities: The hotel was located close to all events we needed to attend.
