Wonderful and caring. Very good with both myself and my crazy Cat Taco. They are also in no hurry to overcharge you. Making sure you understand treatment and cost. There is nowhere else I can compare it to.

First time I boarded pets and first time visiting here. This facility was "highly" recommended by another dog owner. The Staff was "extremely" helpful to take in both dogs, reviewing required Current Vet Health Reports, and the Sign-In Sheets were processed immediately. Had requested that both dogs be groomed and bathed etc. When picking them up (4) days later, it was so obvious that this entire staff loved pets, were all extremely knowledgeable, very dedicated, and most professional in every way. It appears that it would be difficult to find better Professional Boarding Services and Pet Care, and also better Customers Service anywhere else in the U.S.No doubt next boarding, bathing, and grooming, etc., will be at this wonderful facility.

With a broken heart, I write this review. I was traveling here for work with my "soul dog" and I had to say goodbye. I was referred to Kleinpeter and am so glad this compassionate, loving, caring and professional animal hospital was here to help me with the most awful decision. I can't thank them enough for helping me and my baby say goodbye. I wish I met this team of lovely vets and employees on better circumstances, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've had such a great experience with boarding and services here, I cannot recommend enough. The staff is lovely and I know my pets are well taken care of. Was recommended by my vet (elsewhere) for boarding, so if they board their pets there, you know it's a good sign! They always seem to have good availability for boarding and called me to check in when my cat had a itchy hot spot during a trip. 10/10
