Kirks really does have the works! I was greeted by this really tall fella (I think his name was B ? A) that was more than happy to take care of whatever I needed or answer any questions that were asked. Left my truck with them and to my surprise I got it back very quickly! Highly recommend.

I bought GM certified fender flares. I wanted them professionally installed so I took them to Kirk's. They charged me an arm and a leg, but I was happy with the installation and the sales guy was easy to work with. Six months later, one of the flares came loose at the top of the wheel well. I called Kirk's and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it that day. When I got there, I was passed off to a person I had not met before. He looked at the loose flare and told me I either needed to screw the flare to my truck or get a new flare, when all it needed was to be retaped. When I suggested they just retape the flare, he told me that he would quote me for the work. When I questioned why I would be charged to fix Kirk's installation, he said it was because I was asking for "something for nothing" and it was probably GM's fault the flare came loose. There is nothing wrong with the flare. It fits perfectly. Kirk's was happy to take my money to install the flares and never said a word about them not fitting properly or not sticking properly. But when I ask them to stand behind their installation, suddenly the GM flare was an issue. I told the guy if he would not stand behind their work, Kirk's would lose a customer. He wouldn't stand behind their installation, so I left. Then this guy follows me out onto the parking lot to tell me I was wrong and continue arguing. We have a heated discussion at the door of my truck because he has to have the last word. I guess he would rather be "right" than have a satisfied customer. So, what I thought would be a simple retape that Kirk's would take care of, ended with me the customer berated in the parking lot because I had the audacity to expect that Kirk's would stand behind their installation work. They have lost a customer for life, and earned another terrible review. I will not be back and I will tell my friends. I would definitely stay away from Kirk's.
