The transaction happened on September 13, 2021. The owner of the store inspected my car and promised to solve the issue that was happening with my car. They worked on my car and were not able to complete the fix on that day. So, they promised to complete the repair next week and charged me $500 for the work on September 13, 2021. Even though I visited their store about 10 times between September 17 and December 3 on various business days, they said they did not have time to complete the repair. Also, I contacted the owner about 10 times to ask for his availability. The owner promised to complete the repair many times on particular days; however, he was already busy when I went to my appointment time. So, it's been 3 months, and I already fixed my car at another repair shop since my car became insecure to drive. Also, the repair showed that what Kerry's Auto tried to fix was not related to the actual issue. I ended up paying another $500 to repair the issue. I understand that the workers and owner there put their effort to fix the issue with my car; however, I do not think it is fair for me to pay $1000 to fix a minor issue in two different stores
