Title: Extremely Disappointing Service from JostensI recently entrusted Jostens with customizing my son’s letterman jacket, but the experience turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I brought the jacket in back in November 2023. Despite being promised a completion time of six weeks, the process was plagued with unexplained delays and a complete lack of communication.When the initial six-week mark passed, I reached out to inquire about the status of the jacket, only to be met with dismissive responses claiming that they would contact me when it was ready. After enduring another month of waiting, I decided to follow up once more, only to be met with excuses blaming the holiday season for the delay.Fast forward to today 2/22/24, when I went to collect the jacket, I was shocked to learn that the name plate hadn’t even been ordered. Not only was there no semblance of an apology, but the solution offered was to simply leave the jacket with them and wait another six weeks for the order to be placed.My son patiently waited for his jacket and won’t have it for photos.The utter lack of accountability, communication, and customer service displayed by Jostens throughout this ordeal was beyond disappointing. I left the premises empty-handed, with nothing to show for the time and effort I had invested in this process, except for a meager refund.In conclusion, my experience with Jostens was nothing short of a nightmare. As a company that prides itself on providing quality customizations, this level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.

My daughter ordered her class ring in Feb for her junior year. She ended up being moved to senior status for the upcoming school semester and has Graduation pics to be taken in July. I have tried to get in touch with her schools sales rep for a couple weeks now and he has only responded to one email asking what school she was in after telling him I would like her to have her ring for her pics. He did not get back with me at all after that so there was no option or time available to be able to pick up her ring for her pics. My daughter had to take her senior pics without her class ring and it is very upsetting that communication about this was very poor.

SKIP IT! Overpriced with EVERYTHING with a generous helping of very rude slow customer service! Can't get their old school coats cleaned anywhere! Got mud on mine, wet a cloth, wiped the mud off... as well as the dye color on the arm of the coat?Ridiculous for all the hassle they put you through for their products. Just a hot miss for me. Sorry.

Very disappointed with the service, over priced and the communication is horrible. You don’t receive your merchandise call to inquire about it and they act like you have done something wrong to them. Attitude in the voice of some of the representatives that answers the phone.

Over priced racket that is forced in order to graduate. It should be illegal to charge so much. No option to pickup, charges delivery. Exorbitant late fees and changes the cost of cap and gown. One paid 58$ one paid 113$. Truly a horrible business that I will avoid at any cost.

I am giving this place a 1 star review because, when I was receiving my class ring the rings look nothing like they do online vs. in person . We had to drive all the way across town to get there, don't get me started on the women that was helping me she was very rude, she kept trying to make me spend way more on the ring and every time I said no I'll do the cheaper one she got mad and the only reason I got it from them in the first place was so I could do the ring ceremony, that was the biggest waste of my time and my fathers money. DO NOT GO HERE you would be better off getting it from someplace like Zales or Kay you can get it for way cheaper and nicer. Also I graduate in May and I am trying to get my cap and gown order and when I go online they don't let you pick things separately they won't you to waste $338.75 and that is the only available option to get a cap and they just scam you out of your money and the products I can promise are most likey cheaply made. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
