The male cashier refused to check us out. He walked away from the register when we walked up and started straightening tables. I stood there for about 5 minutes watching him to see if he was going to come back and check us out. He just totally ignored us. Eventually another associate walked up and said I’m sorry you had to wait. I thought he was going to check you out. She checked us out and was very nice. You lost a customer because of this though. I’ll never visit your store again. I have no proof but I think the male cashier was racist and didn’t want to check us out because we are white.

They sold me 2 right shoes. Of which were on a sale rack , when I went to check out I was told the shoes were not on sale. I tried to call and get in touch with someone to resolve this but no one answers the phone.

I really appreciate the sales team. They went over and beyond to make my daughter happy. They order the shoes that they didn't have in the store. Thank you all very much!!!

Members of the staff are racist, tried speaking to an associate to find a shoe size and he disregarded me and caught an attitude and walked away as I was trying to speak to him.

Customer service is lower than subpar oh my jeez lol. I don’t know if it’s because they are young or simply just rude individuals. You could not PAY anyone to say people in New Orleans lack manners at all. Anywho, I didn’t purchase anything and wouldn’t anyway with those attitudes..I mean, who would?

I asked for a shoe. And it took the associate nearly 30 minutes to get it for me ! Then it was the wrong size so I just left..
