Came all the way here, and their hours online aren't wrong, but they are already closed. I called, and a woman answered and said that they closed at 8 pm and it was 7:26 pm, and I was standing outside the locked location door. Waste of my time.

Horrible Customer Service 3 reps at the counter no acknowledgment that they would be with me shortly one was on her personal phone while the other person was counting money I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location I’ll start back going to the mall location!!!

The store had amazing deals on clothing and shoes. I found a pair of shoes I loved on sale. They even had my size!! Once I got to the register to pay, the young lady tells me nope these aren't on sale in spite of the big red tag attached to the shoe. Her excuse was "oh somebody forgot to remove the sale tag". With all due respect, that's not a paying customer's fault. Just about any where else, the most courteous and customer friendly thing to do would be is to honor your falsely advertising price. Not sure if I will patronize this store again. There was a manager who offered a discount but not matching the price advertised.

I was casually walking into Jimmy Jazz & I needed some assistance. I walked up to the counter & the lady was blatantly rude. She had locks & they we’re red & black I think she was a manager. My experience was not the best just needed help.
