I loved the whole staff! They were great and patience with my Lucy! I didn’t feel rushed, they asked a lot of questions and love the preventive treatments they suggested.

The entire staff was great. I brought my puppy in with concerns and they did a very through checkup on her. I was a little bit freaked out by her condition and overreacted some. They put me at ease and 24 hours later my pup had her zoomies back and was all normal again.

We recently moved and were recommended this vet for our large dog. We had a great first experience! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our nervous boy. Dr. Theegala was very thorough and kind. We had samples taken of a lump, and since she was unable to find anything under the microscope herself, she removed her own fee and sent it to LSU’s lab (instead of charging us for both). They also gave us a first-visit discount, spent lots of time and answered our questions, and called us ASAP with our test results (good news, thankfully!). We highly recommend this vet!

This was my first visit at Jefferson Animal Hospital. It was a excellent appointment. Everything was explained to me on how and what was going on. The Vet and the assistant took very good care of my cat even though he has majorly stressed. I'm very impressed with the service here and they will definitely be my new place to go from now on.

I’ve been to several animal hospitals in the Baton Rouge area and all of them either over charge you for treatment or provide a lack of care. Jefferson Animal Hospital does neither of those things. They treat every patient like they’re family, give your pets the best care possible and their prices are very fair!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet clinic!

I have been going here for around 2.5-3 years now and never wrote a review but I figured I would this time. I’ve never had a bad experience with the front staff, technicians, or the vets. We especially like Dr. Stephanie. She is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and addresses them with great explanations. As long as I’m in BR, this is where I’m taking my dogs.

I wish I could give this place a million stars. They were more than accommodating when my fur baby Mr Bill fell down some stairs. The staff is super attentive and kind. They squeezed us in first thing. I am forever grateful for JAH!
