Employee Dorcas was my initial assistance and was absolutely amazing. Very personable and friendly while also remaining professional. Once the ring selection was narrowed down, employee Mary assisted with the final touch and pricing. The store was very clean with a vast variety. The employees were extremely helpful and eased what could of been a stressful process.

The customer experience was phenomenal. Mrs Perkins went above and beyond for me to replace a very sentimental piece that was broken and I was devastated! I couldn’t be happier! Go see her for any jewelry needs!!!

Bought an really nice Hamilton watch from Jared. Three months later I noticed the second hand movement was erratic. Brought it to the store for repairs. They charged me $95 to repair even though it had a two year warranty. Said the watch had moisture in it. If it did, then it's because the seals from the factory were defective because i never got it in or around water. Rip-off. Will NEVER shop here again. Sorry, Jared. You lost me and my fiancee as customers for life.

There are some nice sales reps, bottom line they want you to buy something before you leave. We wanted a nice ring but BEWARE of the Jared Card or Financing. Those options will legally scam you, and they are all aware of it.
12 months interest free financing, after that promo, they charge you all the interest back and that builds interest as the lender attempts to lock you into debt.
We called the lender Jared uses, the automated system is intentionally hard to use, and trying to close the account with it will get your balance reported to the credit companies. After several options we finally got a human who also was making it difficult to close the account properly.
We paid the interest off immediately and closed the account
