When I went to see him he was just wonderful. He understands me from the last time he saw me and did absolutely everything he could do for me. He was amazing and a great man and will always thank him and will see him two weeks. I really respect him and his staff. Thank you for caring for me.

I needed to see an ENT urgently, Dr Krupala had an opening and I got to see him. He is absolutely amazing. Very patient. Listens carefully and didn't rush me at all. He answered my questions and went above and beyond. His nurse is also amazing. Held my hand during the scope and comforted me. He is my ENT now!! I wouldn't go to anyone else.

He is genuinely concerned about my health, efficiently performing examinations and explaining my options in detail. He also tends to be a bit obsessive though, such as prescribing allergy medications when I don't have any allergies, or asking for repeated follow-up visits long after he answered my original question. I don't mind the extra attention because my insurance covers all of it, but it's easy to see how the costs might add up for anyone else.
