Would give more stars if I could. I wanted to give my wife a new ring for our 30th anniversary and she hasn't been able to wear her ring for years. Kelli and Jennifer not only got me through the process, they crushed it. Wife loves ring. Total professionalism. Highly recommended.

Central/Baton Rouge store. Brought in a ring to be sized. After waiting for 2 to 3 weeks they said they had been "backed up" & hadn't got to it yet. I went back in a week later & they had sized it but it wasn't right & took it home and ordered the gel ring sizer on Amazon & fixed the problem myself. Brought in a tennis bracelet to be fixed & that was 4 weeks ago. I told them over the phone to add a safety chain if they have one but she said they may have to order it. I explained don't order if they don't have it in store. That was 3 weeks ago w/never a call. Today I go in there to get the bracelet & the daughter argued w/me said they did call but they did not. She starts saying did u check other areas (spam) etc for a missed call? I had typed their name in the contacts so as not to miss it....they never called. Also inappropriate behavior when u talk & treat ur customers this way, and another customer was there as well. Also why did they not tell me they were backed up for 3 weeks when I brought in the ring? Never again.

My daughter spotted my custom engagement ring & shadow wedding band on your website. (Image 550) I love it today just as much as I did when I got it 36 years ago! Jack Hood & his family treat their customers like their own family. Their work is beautiful, prices are reasonable, & the customer service is second to none! You will not regret doing business here.
