My dog LOVES to go here to be boarded. When I am packing his bag, he gets so excited and runs to the car.

Awesome experience today for me and my pup from check for our new patient visit to check out we felt welcomed and appreciated. My pup had a snotty nose and all of my concerns were given time and attention and I felt completely confident in his treatment plan. I was also so appreciative of both the tech and doctor meeting my pup where he was which being an anxious Velcro pup is usually wrapped around me. His exam was conducted with his comfort at the forefront and this helped immensely with his anxiety (and mine) and trust issues. I also loved being able to schedule on the app which offers ease of scheduling, requesting medication refills and much more. If you're looking for provider for your new family member or thinking of making a change I can't recommend the team at VCA enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and their staff. They are always so thorough with our two senior golden retrievers.

As a first time cat owner a lot of things are very unknown/stressful to me. I've had my cat for about a month now so needing to go to the vet for illness was not expected. VCA truly wants nothing but the best for your animal, they are very kind and educated people and I will be using them for any future issues.

The staff is incredible. I recently moved from Florida and was in search of a new vet for Diesel Deaux. The service at VCA was better than I had ever expected or experienced. Dr. Dufrene and the Tech, Anniston were amazingly gentle and attended to my nervous little guy with lots of love. I am happy and Diesel is too!

I woke up to my chinchilla very sick and called many places that didn't have knowledge about chinchillas or availability but VCA had both! I was able to get my baby in as soon as I called and they were very sweet and helpful. It has only been a week and he is back to his normal self. They even offered to help medicate and syringe feed him whenever I needed as well as checking up on him. I'm so thankful for the amazing vet techs and doctors here!

My pups and I give this business all thumbs and paws up. Top-notch customer care from the moment we strolled in. The lady who checked us in was kind, welcoming and professional. After a brief wait, Taliah greeting us with a burst of happiness; took us back and did a wonderful job with through intake and initial checkup as she shared in detail what she was doing and why. Then, Dr. Block entered. And, shared in detail as well as he asked questions and checked Ruede, my pup out. He was sure to go abo yve and beyond with responding to my questions and concerns; placing my heart at ease. Both Taliah and Dr. Block were professional and genuinely concerned as they informed and evaluate my pup. Thankful we found you all. Oh, and talk about southern hospitality, they offered snacks and a new patient gift bag. So cool and so unique!

This is a kind, caring, and efficient office. I'm very impressed with how kind they were about my COVID restrictions, and all of their electronic reminders, payment options, and vaccine record emaiks. Thank you!

Dr Schmidt and her staff are amazing. I didn't know which flea prevention medicine my doggie was on or the specific name of dog food because I am visiting from out of town for the holidays. So It was going to cost me $120 all together because the First visit was $60 and medicine was $60. They got me a coupon for free medicine and first visit! Thank you!!! Merry Christmas to me!!!!

This is the Walmart of vets in a good way. A discounted place, but not really about pushing pet store products, or dirty or plain and sparse, like you get at other chain (pet store) vets,. Yet, services are priced even better than those.. VCA is a national company , yet the local office feels and looks like a regular vet clinic ( not in a pet store) without the high prices. With such a good vet office, the only thing Baton Rouge needs is now a huge private dog park with hills and streams and staff ( like the one in Jacksonville Beach FL). I so much think my dog is well taken care of and all the staff friendly that I've talked to friends who take pets to much pricier local vets , telling them to switch. By switching, you get a choice of vets at this location ( unlike many local vet hospitals) along with very personalized service. I feel my dog is well cared for, but they take any indoor pets at this location. So bring your ferret, hamster or python. They are very knowledgeable, and I was, have to say it again, truly amazed at the prices.

I had been taking my dog to all pets animal hospital based on being new to BR and needing to have my dog (who suffers from severe anxiety) see a physician. At the initial visit I told the office that his anxiety worsens at the vet, and they treated us like we were tainted goods and were dangerous. Nobody greeted me or my dog when we arrived the technician said "Oh he's the one with the bad anxiety". WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A HUMAN?!? The Physician (Dr. Meena) was skiddish around my dog, never looked at him or even acknowledged he was in the room which made him even more anxious. At the end of the appointment she referred me to a behavior specialist and gave me an Rx for trazadone and I haven't seen her since. Recently I needed to get his shots performed and they neglected to tell me that I could not be in the room when he received them until I was AT THE FACILITY!! Needless to say he did not get those shots and I have switched vets. I would discourage people from wasting your time and money with this clinic.

This is the number one veterinary clinic by far! I just moved away and have struggled to find a vet's office that can even compare. All Pets Hospital has always taken very good care of my cat. She ate a spool of thread once and had to have multiple surgeries. Her survival didn't look promising to me but with the constant care and support from the vets here she pulled through. She is now back to her happy and healthy self. I am very sad that I have to find a new vets office because a 14hour drive just isn't realistic. So, anyone looking for a friendly, competent, and decent in price vet, go to VCA All Pets Hospital!

Since my usual vet has stopped seeing reptiles, I decided to give All Pets a try. Dr. Braiden and Virginia are awesome! They clearly know their stuff, and they were very helpful when it came to caring for my pet snake, especially during these uncertain times. They were always happy to answer my questions when I called or emailed them. Their prices are reasonable, and if my snake got sick again, I'd be perfectly comfortable going to see them again!

As pet owners traveling can become quite stressful when trying to travel with them. All Pets Hospital takes that stress away from you. I own a veiled chameleon and his care requires someone that knows what they are doing. I had spoken with Lindsay prior to my appointment. She made me feel very comfortable with bringing Yoshi here. On appointment day, my family met Lindsay in person and her personality was phenomenal. She introduced us to their very own Veiled Chameleon(Waldo, age 7) My heart was beyond delighted at this point. I could go on my trip and have a good time knowing that Yoshi was in hands of people with real reptile experience. All Pets Hospital is the only professional facility in Baton Rouge that does reptile boarding. It's a plus that it just happens to be a veterinarian. Yoshi has now boarded here 3 times and we couldn't be more pleased with his care!
