When I purchased my new vehicle, I was told loaner cars were available anytime work was being done on my car. When I called to schedule my first oil change, tire rotation, checking a speaker issue and a recall I was told I was not eligible for a loaner due to it being an "express service." The day of my appointment the services were over 3 hours. I was able to get a shuttle to a nearby office; however, when I called to get a return trip back to the dealership, I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle that never showed. It was an overall frustrating and disappointing experience for the first maintenance of my vehicle. I'm assuming loaner cars are a rarity and difficult to schedule. Something to consider when booking services here.
