Came in for pedicure sat in the water for like 30min just for them to put nail polish straight on didn’t scrub my feet or massage my feet nothing only clipped them down i could’ve did that at home waste of $50 then doesn’t even look that good mind you when go inside very cluster and unorganized only 2 waiting chair seats at front entrance just no.

Two technicians upon arrival. One for eyebrows and the other for all things feet and hands. The gentleman was nice but the pedicure was not. He barely touched my feet or my toenails for that matter during the pedicure. All aspects of the pedicure procedure were minimal and unsatisfactory. Despite being asked two or three times to address concerns I had with a slight pinch on two toes, the technician failed to do so. It was not a failure of communication it was a failure to address my concerns or the inability to correct it, but honestly he didn’t which demonstrates poor customer service. The nail polish application wasn’t too bad. But cleanup was lengthy because of poor technique.The nail salon is cluttered, untidy, and unorganized.There are four televisions without sound and instrumental music playing through the salon speaker sound system.The color selection is large. Avoid pedicures.I was going to have a manicure on my real fingernails, but after the pedicure experience I wanted to avoid further frustration.I was a visitor to the area. My suggestion is go somewhere, anywhere else. Avoid I Nail Salon on Lee Drive near Highland Road.

Hi there!Paul , Mike, and their sister does excellent work. They make you feel so comfortable in the shop. Mike is so funny. He makes you laugh.. Knowing they speak another langue they do not spend most of their day using it. I like that. They make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Now Paul you has a great gift with doing the eyes. Very satisfied. And their Sister does excellent work as well .she talks very quietly much appreciated. You Go Team! Glad to have you here in America. In other words we love you. THANKS!

My 1st time visiting for a pedicure but I've had better. I'm really big on my cuticles and removing hang nails but the technician didn't really do neither...cuticles, a little but hang nails, no. The polish job was terrible and I have polish all over my toes, not just the nails. They don't use cards for payment, cash or Cashapp / Venmo only. The 1st time I sent the payment via Cashapp, they asked me to cancel and send payment to a different Cashapp. Needless to say, I won't be back!
