$150 to deliver 1 sofa NEVER AGAIN , The owner was gonna give me a discount if I paid cash but no discount if I didn’t ? That made me feel bad as a customer. I only bought the sofa cuz I wanted it not because I wanted to do business with them.

Excellent Customer Service & Reasonable. My purchasing experience was smooth with no hassles. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the inventory, the pricing and everything else to the best of her ability and knowledge. With that kind of reassurance I would be able to make another purchase in the future.

I went to the Sherwood Forest location. I looked at a sofa & I ask if the sofa had high density cushions because I knew I did not want another sofa with high resilience cushions. The mgr. (Sana) answered & said yes. I bought the sofa & loveseat. After it was delivered to me at home I found it uncomfortable. I looked it up online & saw it was listed as having high resilience cushions & not high density like she told me. I went back to the store a day or two later, after I purchased it & told her I wanted to return it. She would not return it & refund my money. This was in April. It is now August. What a way to do business.

IT'S A SCAM!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they lie to you in your face about how much your automatic monthly payment is going to be and then then Kornerstone Credit takes payment DOUBLE the amount you agreed to.I got a text msg from Kornerstone with the account information and my monthly payment amount was DOUBLE of what the lady at the store told me it was. I called the store and she told me to ignore that msg and that she had my account sat up for what she originally told me at the store. I will now be stuck paying DOUBLE what i agreed to for 16 months.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! NOT WORTH IT !!! They want to make money so desperately i would have even paid cash for my piece of furniture since the beginning if they would have been honest about the monthly payment ! I did not want a high monthly bill and now i have no proof of what they told to my face.

Terrible and a scam!! They say they don’t run your credit literally the same day saw something on my credit. The return policy is also terrible !!! Horrible place Financial Company is not American

I usually don't do reviews but I'm so mad right now. I was so excited to get this bed so I paid over 1,000 for it and it didn't come with tools or the instructions that I needed the delivery guy lied and told me that they were in the storage of the bed but it wasn't. So I called the store to see what the hell was going on and she told me to call the delivery people.They said they have to put it together to get the instructions. So why you lied and said it was in the storage bin. So now they want me to pay 100 for set up that should be free because they lied to me . I'm never shopping here again ????. Update I'm going to give it 4 stars because the manager came out of his way to put it together and make it right ????.
