Customer service was horrible... I only came to the store because my son has a science project & they had the perfect item. Upon entering, they spoke & pointed me to the direction of where I should go. Could not find the item again. Someone pointed me in the direction versus directing me to it. Finally I requested someone lead me to the item & Chelsea came out & assisted me with everything on my list. If it wasn't for Chelsea, I wouldn't have been able to find the items needed. Thanks, Chelsea, you definitely rock.

They have a good selection of craft supplies, holiday decor, and home decorations and furnishings. There's always peaceful music playing, and the store is always clean, tidy, and well-organized. Prices tend to be better than other similar stores, and there's usually some kind of sale. The staff are polite and friendly.

Amazing sales all the time. Everything is top quality, although my expectations were let down with some of the kitchen appliances. Example - The Air Fryers were the smallest, cheapest, and most basic ones. Some kitchen things were a disappointment also, a little shocking compared to the rest of the store. Also, the employees I spoke with never really smiled, answered me with a short tone, and didn't seem too interested in helping.

The shelves were very well stocked. The Easter merchandise is quite cute.

The manager was rude to several people. There were only 2 lanes open and both doing large returns. The lines were 15-20 customers deep. Another register was not opened. But the manager and another employee stood in the front of the store laughing and talking. When anyone would complain or question, she was rude to them. Several people left their items and walked out. The 2 cashiers that were working the register were working very hard and being friendly.
