I would strongly advise you to consider another company if you are trying to have an appliance repaired. I would give them zero stars if I could. This company came out to fix our dishwasher. The technician did not fix the dishwasher and left the bolts that hold the dishwasher is place off and we had to call them back out to put the dishwasher back in place properly. What we did not know was that they did not repair the dishwasher with the appropriate materials therefore causing the dishwasher to leak and causing $23,000 worth of damage to our flooring, cabinets, etc. and an additional loss of income because our tenants could not be in the home while mitigation and water damage was being done. We contacted the owner, Jeremy, and he came out and assessed the property damage and assured us that he would take care of the damages that his company caused. He then began not returning our phone calls after he promised to pay for the damages. He will still not return our texts, phone calls and emails. We will pursue this matter further legally if he does not live up to his promise and pay the damages to our property.

Technician same to diagnose dishwasher problem, was in house 10-15 minutes max, $103.50 for ‘diagnosis’. Then said would email me estimates to repair (so still broke dishwasher $103 later), been 2 weeks now. I have emailed multiple times asking for estimate to repair but now Ill go elsewhere, no response. Stay away!

Way to expensive, for the service provided, $700 bucks almost for cleaning out the duct of my dryer, not fixing my refrigerator and adding bleach to my washer machine and put it on cleaning Mode, then a quote for almost $2k to add freon to my refrigerator. Not too satisfied with them service but oh well.

Horrible!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I had to wait about a week for part for washer. Washer was fixed about 3 weeks after I initial assessment and fee paid. The young technician was very polite and professional about the situation in spite of.

They have been wasting my time. They came here and did not have the correct parts. I have a Thermador built in microwave. They ordered a replacement. Why did this man come to my house with a broken Panasonic microwave? They didn't even check the box to make sure they had the correct microwave. He tried to in stall it.SMH I spoke with a manager who blamed the company they ordered from. I have no idea when this will be replaced. I personally do not recommend this company. It has been weeks since they first came to my house. I am going with a different company to replace my microwave. At this point their apologies mean nothing because there is no follow up and the lack of customer service and respect for my time leaves something to be desired.

I used this company to work on my LG Range. Not a lot of companies like to work on LG. Overall service is a five star. They communicate very well and the technician Riley was very knowledgeable and respectful. My only complaint is the initial $100 that does not go toward the final bill. That cost should have been applied toward the service charge.
