This store is wonderful for customer service and the astatics. I don't know how they compare in price but I also don't know where else you'd go to get many of the things they sell. I've met the owner several times and she's very nice to everyone, including her employees.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ON RETURNS!! I bought a bag online that didn’t work for what I needed it for. I returned it less than 7 days later and was told that I could not have my money back - only exchange or store credit. This is NOT clearly outlined in their return policy. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and for anyone who would like a reasonable return option, I would suggest you don’t either.

This place is fantastic! I love Holly to death and shannan is the sweetest! If I ever need gifts I won’t go anywhere but there. Service is unmatched and items are top quality.
