Waiting in line for an hour or more at the drive through on a Saturday because no lobbies are open and you work Monday through Friday is unacceptable and ridiculous.Going back to Bancorpsouth.

The most horrible service ever. I went to do a large withdrawal as I always do in drive up. This is the first time that I've been told "because of the amount you need to come inside". Of course I'm confused because this has never happened. After expressing that I always come in the drive thru to withdraw large amounts and never was asked to come inside, I was told since it was covid they made exceptions. Mind you covid restrictions have been lifted. Then I was told they would make an exception. After waiting 15-20 min, the manager Lynn Rashto tells me the transaction is complete but she can't override it and I need to come inside still. Now she's the one who made the exception in the first place. Then backtrack saying I need to come inside. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Who makes a customer wait that amount of time Then makes an excuse for me to come inside. It's much more dangerous for me to go in lobby and everyone hears her counting my money out to me. I didn't have time today to close my account, but I'll definitely go back to close it. There was no reason to make me come inside after she made an exception. I'm a supervisor at a bank and I would never allow that type of service

Teller does not know good customer service. I went there today and common courtesy is to thank your customer for their business. The only thing she said to me was do you have your I d. What has happened to good customer service? This area of Louisiana is horrible. It doesn’t matter who you are or who your customer is kindness goes a long way. LEARN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Im thinking of switching Banks on account of the Branch hours alone. They open late and close early. It leaves no convience for someone like me who also works business hours during the week. And this Branch seems to hardly ever have their doors open. Its like there's always a sign on the door directing you to a very congested drive through.

I will never do business with this bank no more. I tried to cashed my check an heard a teller insult a customer. I call to speak to a manager, none in site. today I visited the branch I never seen a manager so unprofessional in my life. If that's the case go back to College or University an retake management 101. Now on I will take my business to another branch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

I am disappointed in the fact that not all staff are trained the same. I have been going there for about 3 months without an issue getting cash back from a business account and today there seems to be an issue with this. And when i confronted them with yhis statement their response is oh sell. They shouldn't habe been doing it... Really....
