I am only giving 2 stars because the service was fast as for the wash job it could not have been worse I paid 77$ to have my truck washed and remove the bugs, when I saw my truck I pointed out all the dirt that was still on the vehicle, all he said was I get that off , my reply was you need to do the job right the first time . I Will never use that service again, they really suck.

The cleaning is horrible. I paid $64 for the full clean. They didn't wipe anything on my dash board, left bugs on my windshield, and gave me excuses when I asked the to please fix it.

This place is a rip off. This place They charged me over 90 dollars and I had to leave and go vacuum my car out. They did not vacuum the back out. They did not clean the console and missedMany visible spots . Do not go here.Services: Full body wash

June 9, 2023. This place use to be great. But, not anymore. I have been going to this place for as long as they have been in business, or for at least 42 years, for me. The Black Ticket write up Guy with the stupid bucket hat on, was so rude to me and treated me like a DOG! There were no cars at the Carwash. Just me. All the other workers were just sitting down, waiting to wipe down the cars that came in. The Black Guy asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted to get my 4-Runner washed and vacuumed and make sure the wheels were cleaned. Then I handed the Black Guy my coupon from Benny's Car Wash. The Black Guy looked at me like I was stupid and said; Benny's is across the street. I just looked at him. I said; I know that and I know where I am. I asked the black guy, Don't y'all use competitors coupons? Again, he looked at me like I was stupid. He said, NO! We do not!! I said; ok. Well y'all use too. Again he asked me what did I want done to my 4-Runner. I told him AGAIN, Wash it, vacuum it and make sure the wheels are clean. So, the Black Guy said that will cost about $49.99. I said, NO, it usually cost around $20 something dollars. Again, he asked me what did I want done. I said, well let me look at the sign. I did not know if it was "The Works" or something else. By this time, another car pulled up. The black guy said; let me go help her. I DON'T THINK SO!!!! Another nice little white guy tried to help me and he said you can get our best deal and it it only $100.00. NOT!!! I asked the nice guy, if that black guy was going to take that car that he walked over to, before he takes me. The guy said I don't really know. I said well if he does, I will go across the street to Benny's. So I went back up to the black guy and I said are you going to take her before me when I've been here way before her, and he said well you didn't know what you wanted and you didn't know what price you wanted to pay so I was writing her up. I said well you better take me now or I'm going across the street!!! Once AGAIN! The Black guy said; well what do you want us to do to your vehicle. I said, JUST WASH IT!!! VACUUM IT!!! AND CLEAN THE WHEELS. Just do the cheapest one. I told him, I did not want to have any of that nasty smelling spray put in my 4-Runner. The black guy said; well, what you are getting does not come with the spray. Really!! For 42 years y'all have been wanting to put that nasty smelling spray in my vehicles. I went inside to pay and was telling the very nice cashier what the guy had been doing to me and how he was treating me. She said she had been getting complaints about him for the last few days. She doesn't know what's wrong with him. She asked if I wanted to talk to the owner or the owners right hand man, Miss Susie. But she said the owner was not there, but Miss Susie was outside. I said, what does Miss Susie look like? She said, she is the only woman outside with the blonde hair. I said, OK I'll talk to her. Well Miss Susie is that rough looking women, but looks like a man and she has been there for years!!! And if she's smiles, I think they would have a earthquake because she has never smiled a day that I've ever been there for 42 years. She looks like she is mad to the world, earrings all over her nose, her ears everywhere and tattoos everywhere. She doesn't even say thank you, how are you doing? Jump up my butt or nothing!! She just looks at you like she wants to kill you. So that's Miss Susie! Oh Lord. OK. The black guy was standing there and I told him not to touch my truck. I did not want him anywhere near my 4-Runner. I told him to get out the way and go write up tickets. Then I told Susie what had happened and how he treated me like a dog and everything that I just said above and she said; oh, I'm sure he didn't mean it, while she was wiping down my truck the whole time, not even making any eye contact with me. So I told them, this will be the last time they will ever see me again. I will go to

Too much dog hair. Told $100.00 or more to detail, shampoo, etc. No just vacuum and wash please I said. It does not need shampooing and detailing. Manager said no we can't do anything with this. Just shook my head, laughed, and left. On way home I stopped at a car wash. I kid you not. I used 6 quarters and vacuumed my car. Viola!! No dog hair. Amazing!! I usually detail my car myself, but just wanted a touch up until an injury has completely healed. Will never visit Hammond Aire auto spa again.
