Bridgett was awesome! She spent a lot of time helping me with a very small part, which was delivered promptly and the correct item. I can't believe they made any profit on this but they have a new customer for life! Promises made and kept, 5 star customer service.

Talked to Chris Chrissie about getting some receipts from June. Was the nicest, most pleasant customer service I have ever received. Never once made it feel or seem like an inconvenience and genuinely sounded HAPPY to help! Goodwood will definitely keep my business and be recommended for life!

I LOVE this store. There's always cool stuff here. They have the best selection of nice outdoor furniture and a healthy selection of high-end BBQ pits!If you have to get a gift for someone and have no idea what to get or where to start, go here! They stock a lot of items by local artists like hand painted glassware and a big selection of funky LSU/Saints paraphernalia. They have everything you need for crawfish boils, tailgating parties, they have entire outdoor kitchens, cool kitchen gadgets, bird feeders, windchimes, other patio decor stuff....Its also one of the only places I know of that will "refill" your propane tank, meaning, top it off, instead of swapping it out. You know how sometimes you have like a third of a tank of propane and you don't want to risk it going empty on you when you're in the middle of bbq-ing, but you don't want to swap out a tank thats a third full..... Well, for like half the price you can top off your tank.They also offer assembly and delivery of BBQ pits. Its taken me like 6 hours to assemble a bbq pit in the past. I bought a bbq pit for my boyfriend once for his birthday and they delivered it fully assembled, it took them like 5 minutes to get it off the truck and up the driveway. My boyfriend was taking a nap at the time and slept right through it so when he woke up, BAM! Giant BBQ pit ready to go - like it just fell out of the sky. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about every product they sell.There's always someone that will ask if you need any help finding anything. Just come check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are expensive and do not open unti 8:30 am? Why go there when everyone else opens at 6 or 7 am? By 8:30, most of those that need hardware, materials etc. have already started their days. I guess those in the bocage area have the luxury of sleeping late, therefore they don't care.

Never think that they won't have what you want and you have to go to the big boxes. They have a better selection of most of what you are looking for and better quality.BTW, we purchased on bar b que from them and it is great. Would highly recommend. This is what it used to be like and better selection.

I should’ve written this review over a month ago. The fact that I’m writing it now, after such a long time should show just how pleased I was with the services that I received at Goodwood Hardware. Mrs. Tracy and her son, John David were phenomenal in assisting my husband and I with setting up tanks for our food trailer. They went above and beyond to ensure that all safety measures were in place and explained how everything we purchased would benefit us having it. We were still in the store after closing and they remained patient and answered every question that we had. We will continue to patronage Goodwood Hardware and would highly recommend them to others for their hardware needs. Thank you guys again and keep up the great work!
