One fricking cashier?? 13 people in this line for nearly a half hour and all they can muster is ONE cashier?? I see at least 5 rando GW employees walking around with their thumbs up their @ss, no one can apparently get on the other register, but they can say "Welcome to Goodwill." I guess no one can operate a register but they can run their mouths, Huh??

Went to the store today and noticed there was a lot of dirty clothes on the rack. There was dog and cat hair and just dirt on the knees of pants. I mentioned it to one of the managers there and she told me it was from the clothes being dropped on the floor, and my response was “ so y’all have dog and cats here?” She didn’t respond and got an attitude with me. I wasn’t trying to be ugly, I was just telling the truth. But anyway, always check ur clothes if buying from this location

Saw a table that had been purchased 5 days ago and not picked up. Understood that the policy is it can be resold after two days. I asked the worker what the price was and she told me it’s sold. I said “okay” cause clearly she doesn’t check the sold date and I wasn’t about to argue. Then taps on the table sign like I’m an idiot and says “ITS SOLD”. I was aware it was SOLD I asked what the price was not if it was for sale. If that’s not your policy then change it or do a better job at keeping up with things.

The selection here was nice, and I found a shirt I really liked but it didn’t have a price tag and the lady who checked me out said she couldn’t ring me up period because of it not having a price tag. She was rude about it and I left feeling disappointed, out of all the times I’ve been to goodwill whenever this has happened they have found out the price for me. Huge disappointment and I felt she just didn’t want to be bothered to help me get an item I wanted.

I had anticipated for awhile about coming to this location. I drove all the way from north Baton Rouge to visit and I have to say, it’s not the best. If you’re a thriftier like me, this location will leave you unsatisfied. The clothes aren’t that well organized and there just wasn’t a lot to choose from. It’s ok if you just want to browse but if you are looking for good things or specific I’ll skip. It was clean though just not for me.

I have gone to this goodwill every weekend for years. The selection is great. Never had any issues. The past few months they’ve had an older lady working that floor that has made the experience miserable. She yells across the store at me if I walk near the dressing rooms with a full cart because she assumes I’m going to take everything in and steal it. I’ve never done anything remotely like that and I always leave the dressing room clean when I leave. She does this so much that I have felt harassed. Today, I went to buy a bag and she accused me of taking the price tag off and would not sell it to me. It was an old gym bag. There is a sign that has the price of bags but she was so rude and told me “you’re not getting this today”. I have never complained before, but lately every time I leave the store (I only shop on Saturday or Sunday) I feel awful because of how she speaks to me. I’m sure she treats others the same. She’s older, with short hair and a bad attitude. After today I’m saddened to say that I can’t return to my favorite goodwill. For anyone reading this, good luck with that lady.

This goodwill is actually pretty pricey unfortunately because this is a store where items are donated?? and still charge out the ass. Spent $33 on 4 pairs of shorts

Nasty restrooms and the worker had the audacity to ask me what was in the toilet. "Was it throw up?" Get in there and clean it! I'm not here to give report to you! I'm just letting you know because both toilets are full and it stunk so bad that I nearly threw up when I walked in!
