Not enough staff to assist potential customers. I walked in on a Saturday morning. There was only 2-3 nail technicians working; probably 10 people waiting to be serviced. Asked how long the wait and was told 15 minutes. Felt that was unbelievable but maybe more staff would arrive shortly. Someone came in after me to be serviced and heard the staff say the wait was hour and half. Left without being serviced.

This was my first time visiting this salon. I haven't heard a lot about it so wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived and was greeted right away. They informed me that they take walk ins, but that there were appointments ahead of me, so I might have to wait a bit. I like that they make appointments and value them. It was a good sign to me. I didn't have to wait very long. My hands were done by Luke and my pedicure by Ann. Luke was very quick at his job, but did it very well. I am very pleased with the results. The prices are reasonable, and I will be back. (With an appointment!) If you are looking for a new place to do your nails, give them a try!
