I had a disappointing experience at Auto Glass Now, largely due to the receptionist's oversight. When I called to schedule a mobile service appointment, the receptionist hurried through the process without proper attention to detail. She confirmed a mobile appointment without considering the specific requirements of mobile repairs. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that mobile service was not possible due to the need for specialized shop tools, something the receptionist should have known and communicated. This lack of knowledge and hasty scheduling resulted in a wasted appointment and considerable inconvenience. The service fell short of professional standards, mainly due to this initial misstep.

Much less expensive than the big name place. New windshield on late-model Audi works perfectly. Very pleased.

Woke up to find a hole in my back driver side window. Can't tell if it was from vandalism or my neighbor throwing a rock from his lawn equipment. Too hard to tell. Checked with Safelite first and they wanted to charge $320 (plus tax) to replace the back window, and they did not have an opening until Saturday which is two days from now. Called Auto Glass Now which was actually closer to my house and they quoted me $233 WITH tax and said I could bring it over anytime the same day for replacement. I have a much older car that didn't need calibration for window replacement, obviously the price would have been higher if it were a newer model. Since I keep a high deductible on my insurance and would be paying out of pocket it was a no-brainer to go to Auto Glass Now for the replacement. The manager who greeted and took care of me was very nice and professional. The workman who came and got my keys for the car was also kind and polite. All in all it took about an hour for them to do the job from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an auto glass replaced.

Very friendly associates. It isn't in the best part of town but it is worth the drive. Had some of the best prices in town compared to all the other places I called around too, and the prices included calibration. Some places wanted 300$ just for calibration, but not this place. Very quick about getting you in on the day you need it done. The only downside was that they didn't have a tv on or anything. And the wait is 3-4 hours. Which is pretty long, but they are upfront and tell you that before you bring your car in. Which is nice. I would've been pretty upset if not told ahead of time. However they inform you of everything. Great place and would recommend.

My windshield was vandalized and the experience here was exceptional. I had an appointment scheduled within an hour and service only took about an hour.

Went in to get my windshield replaced the people there are very professional my windshield was done within the hour very affordable price.

glass masters gave me a really good price on repairing a chip i had about a year ago. I have yet to see that chip grow into a crack and more than likely will stay that way for a while. save your money and go there before you have to replace a whole windshield. they also replace windshields and every other windows.
