Company truck continues to break down. Take it in with a list of repairs service they call when they've completed one item on list and say truck is ready. When questioned about other items on list was told "no we didn't get to that yet". Well then the truck is not ready. Complete EVERYTHING on list then call me. This happened 3 times before they got all things on list completed. One month later the truck was back with 2 of the things on the original list broken again. If it was my truck I would take it anywhere else but it's a company truck and this is where boss said to take it. Sorry way to run a business

Car took a month to fix and they left all the plastic opened as well as their dirty rags and grease. Had to get the car put back together and detailed after!

Overpriced with terrible customer service. My truck was in the shop for 3 weeks and they charged me $2,600 for the work. I had to bring my truck to another mechanic after leaving gerry lane because the engine light was still on, and Gerry lane told me it "was probably the spark plugs and wires" and they could change them for around $600. Come to find out it needed a camshaft position relearn, which should have been done by gerry lane when they were reprogramming the new ECM they installed (which the truck probably didn't need in the first place). My mechanic in Ruston also told me that some of the parts that gerry lane changed probably didn't need to be changed. He also quoted me $1,800 for all the work that gerry lane did if he were to preform the same tasks.

Cardez Jackson did it again! Just picked up my new Tahoe from Gerry Lane Chevrolet. Absolutely fantastic to work with and great attention to detail. Could not believe my luck since I have been searching for the perfect Tahoe for a year. Thank you Jackson and Phillippe Scott in Finance for making it so easy to purchase a vehicle. Highly recommend you stop in and see Jackson!

Starting with the attention that the girl gave me in the service department I knew that this would not end well, for a simple inspection and an oil change I am waiting 5 hours ago, if you don't have an appointment you will never listen to the girl telling you that you can come and do your service without problems,

Gerry Lane is literally THE WORST dealership I've ever purchased a car from. The sale people are incompetent and OLIVER the sales manager is just awful. The General Manager is non-existent and the receptionist that answers the phone is not welcoming. If I could give the car back just so I could take my business to someone else I would. Steer clear of this place if you expect to hold them accountable, because they are not good and like to blame each other. ZERO STARS FROM ME. I hope this place gets shut down.
