Dropped in at Geaux CrossFit today, first stop on a cross country journey from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA. Amazing gym, people there were extremely nice and welcoming and the coaching was top notch. If I ever end up in Baton Rouge again I know where I’m stopping at!

Best CF gym in Baton Rouge. I tried another but the facility is phenomenal and the people are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The coaches are excellent as well and often will give you little pointers that make a huge difference. You can't beat Geaux.

Geaux is a fantastic gym! Attentive coaching, able to handle large classes, and a positive environment. 10/10 recommend!
