July 4th, 2020 no functioning dryers at Burbank location. When brought to personnel's attention, they gave me a towel and told me maintenance had been called. It seems this would be a priority when you offer full service washes at a premium price. Very disappointing.
Labor day 2024 2pm. Attendant directing me in more concerned about answering his cell phone. Take their phones away when they are supposed to be working.
Vacuum suction very low. Quality of service diminished.

Hunter was very nice and helpful. I decided to open a membership, which I mistaken that the one I purchased included the tire shine, but Hunter went out of his way to put tire shine on my tires manually. I truly appreciate him for that. I will upgrade my membership at the beginning of next month for the tire shine.
