The place was very clean and nice. People working were attentive. Price was a little higher than I expected to pay but all in all was a good experience.

Elegant, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. I got deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. Wonderful first time experience. Loved every pampered moment and nails look so good! Thanks so much! I will definitely be back again. ?

Rating is a zero. They put the wrong dip on my nails and still tried charging me $55 for a manicure only. I asked THREE times if this color was the one that I picked (RED) or came out the same as the one that I picked because it didn't seem like the right color (BRIGHT ORANGE). They said yes, and knowing it was the wrong color, they still continued with that color knowing FULL WELL it was NOT what I wanted. When I complained, she blamed it on the gel manufacturer, despite ME ASKING NUMEROUS TIMES IF IT LOOKED THE SAME, she continued to use the excuse that this color sometimes seems lighter than what it showed, but yet they failed to explain this or speak up when I picked my color and specifically asked if that was the case. Don't waste your money here. Dishonest + awful customer service if they make a mistake. Oh and not to mention she made my cuticles BLEED! My blood was a closer match to the color I picked. AWFUL.

I used to like this place and now ill never go back. The dip I just got on my nails was super thick and uneven, they shaved my cuticles down until they bled, they broke two of my nails and literally didn't care, and my nails were filed very uneven.

The place is extremely clean and the ladies seem nice. HOWEVER, I chose the basic refill, with shellac polish & the basic pedicure. During the pedicure i noticed she started to put a scrub on my legs. I told her no, i just wanted the basic. She then placed hot towels on my legs, i again said “no, i just want the basic pedicure”. She responded with “it ok, same price, we not busy”. Yet when i went to pay, i was charged WAY more than the prices that were listed on the menu. My nails were extremely thick, misshapen, uneven and the polish and shellac were very sloppy. I won’t be returning or referring anyone here. The pedicure was ok, but none of it was worth almost $100!!!!!

First time coming to this spa. I’ve been to several around Baton Rouge. And this was my favorite experience. They do take their time and everything seems clean. I plan to return.

Just paid 60 dollars for the worst full set I have ever had. My nails are so uneven and very thick and bubble....they could tell I wasn't happy with them and didn't really seem to care. I do not recommend
