Best environment of any gym in town. Great community to be a part of if you want to get bigger stronger and have a group of people around you supporting you along the way. The weights are also pretty heavy.

This is a Powerlifting style gym. Almost all are active powerlifters. There is no cardio equipment. This gym is a private gym, all membership inquiries must have a reference from a current House of Power member. This is THE ELITE gym for Powerlifting in the Baton Rouge area. If you are serious about Powerlifting this gym is equipped with everything you need to make it happen. The membership is friendly and knowledgeable as well.
