I made a large purchase with them in 2021 for my new home. Included in that purchase was a very expensive BlueStar range. I am now having problems with it and they will not service BlueStar appliances. They claim to service them but do not. Beware of buying anything from them.
*Edit - I was contacted after my initial review and they agreed to send a technician to my home. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem. Additionally, he was able to fix the convection fan which never worked well from the beginning. My wife attempted several times to get them out in the past to fix the fan but was told that they do not service BlueStar. We now know they do, you just need to talk to the right person. Unfortunately we are now past the warranty date so it remains to be known what will happen with that.
Update 5/14/24 - As of now we have not been charged for anything. Which in my estimation is the correct thing because if we would not have originally been told they do not service BlueStar, it would have been fixed during the warranty period. In short, it took writing a negative review but once I did they quickly responded and they did the good and right thing. Thank you Chris

Absolutely insane drivers cutting multiple people off in bad 5 oclock traffic with no license plate on their truck. Shady and dangerous. We all want to get home. Slow down!

Large selection of High End appliances, bath & lighting fixtures. The store is organized by brand/manufacturer. So it helps if you kind of know what you are looking for. There are 2 floors of merchandise.

I had the pleasure of one their trucks running the four way stop sign at hwy 63 and hwy 42 today. The driver shot me the finger and kept driving. That guy is going to kill somebody.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! If you buy an appliance from these guys - make sure they are certified by the manufacturer to repair it!!! They bought out ADL - have limited records from just a year ago - AND THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED TO WORK ON WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATORS. So if your fridge breaks - they'll send someone out who may or may not fix it - but not by any Whirlpool standard.If your spending this much $ - make sure the company who sells it to you is certified to FIX it.

Rude People! Don’t bother stepping foot in this place! Extremely Rude manager or so she said she was? She had curly longer hair but I forgot her name. I called and said I was in traffic but on my way to see lighting and asked if you carried the brands I was looking for. Yes, I got there right before closing but just wanted to look real quick and run out. It was 10min til 5:00 and she had already locked the door then opened it but rudely stated it is 8:00 minutes until 5:00 pm and I told her I know exactly what time it is! No hello or merry Christmas or can I help you? I quickly looked at all the lighting and actually found one I was interested and was about to walk down and ask her about it when she rudely came up there and shut all the lights off and told me I had to leave. I told her I was leaving anyway and that I was done but had a question about a light and she told me she was not going to bother anyone in the store because they have been working hard all day. Really? So you could not write down the information and say someone will get back with you tomorrow with the information? I asked if she was the owner and she laughed and said close enough! Well the real owners need to know how she is treating customers because if she treats everyone that walks in the door like this then they won’t have any business soon! I won’t be buying anything here now after the way I was just treated! This is appalling especially at Christmas time that someone would be so mean and rude and down right nasty to a potential client who just wanted to look real quick 10 minutes before they close.I’ve had numerous other lighting places stay later than the time they close helping me and were very nice and didn’t once complain or treat me like this and I told them I appreciated their time. I’m a business owner so I would want to know if someone was treating my clients this way. I will tell everyone I know how rude these people are! Without Customer service you have no business! The customer is always right. Clearly this lady has serious mental issues or she’s just one unprofessional hateful person!

Poorest delivery experience I have ever encountered. Missed their delivery window while we sat waiting and waiting. No phone call to let me know they would not arrive within their THREE hour window. Poor customer service.

We purchased our complete house full of applicances from ADL 4 years ago. The transaction seemed to be easy until the deliver. Our Wolf stove had to be replaced (after much back and forth) after the Wolf rep walked in my house and said something is wrong with this stove and told them to replace immediately. The refrig doors had to be replaced after much back and forth. We called the manufacture and they said someithing is seriously wrong with the doors- I think they fell over in the truck and ADL would not stand up for their mistake until forced- but that is my guess. Today 4 years later- we pull the refrig out and they leveled it with wood pieces instead of correctly leveling with the adjusters- now the nightmare continues. So I will find someone to come and fix it correcly- I guess I should have pulled it out sooner but...... Today- I would go without appliances before I did business with ADL. I understand they sold and hopefully the new company understands quality and installation. If you were wondering- we paid for expert installation that the installers either worked for ADL or highly recommended by ADL. Good Luck

VERY disappointed! It’s Christmas Eve and I still don’t have the oven I ordered on August14. I hope Denise and the store manager enjoy their Christmas lunch since I won’t due to not having an oven. Asked to use the display but they refused. Not what I would call good customer service!
