Horrible experience dealing with this location and fed ex in general
My package was out for delivery for 1 week finally had to pick it from this location and had to wait over 30mins just for some one to pick up the phone finally got the package and the box is completely destroyed I’m just hoping my items are ok… HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE employees!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Do not ship through fedex. Do not option to pick anything up here. Don’t bother trying to call. Don’t bother trying anything with this place. All the workers are extremely lazy. Ordered a package, went “out for delivery” for a week and a half never showed up. Optioned to pick it up. Worst experience ever the worker who answers the phone for pickup never picks up and comes in 30 minutes late cutting the pickup time short which is already only 2 hours. When she finally showed up I sat on hold for 30 minutes and she said she would bring my package out. It’s already been another 30 minutes and nothing. Still waiting. Whatever you do avoid this place

They don't deliver your package on time. They are held up in the shipping department, and they are lazy about getting your packages to you.

99.9% of my experiences with FedEx have been the most disappointing and frustrating experiences ever!!! The drivers are beyond lazy. I’ve had packages destroyed, lost, not delivered as they claim, etc.
If there were a way to chose the shipper when ordering online, I’d pay extra just to not have it delivered by FedEx!

Both the original AND replacement item were stolen from this facility. Management doesn’t seem to mind, this place is a circus.

FedEx must certainly be one of largest, most mismanaged companies in the U.S. Every time I learn that one of my packages is going to be delivered (well, we'll see about that) via FedEx, I cringe. I know it will not arrive on time and no one is going to be able to help me. Their Customer Service has even told me that the shipping status FedEx provides is wrong, but then they promise the package will be delivered the next day, but guess what, it isn't.... how difficult can it be to take a package from one stop to the next???

Each and every time my packages are delivered through FedEx baton rouge they are always delayed. Worst service ever. I try to avoid them when I can. They make getting packages hard. They have your stuff on the truck and we'll change the delivery day 2 & 3 times. Always have some lame excuse as to why your packages are delayed. Worst service ever.

When I got a order and it was said February the 1st and it was February 5th but it was supposed to be at my home. I don't know what it's going on around here. I have order online it said the package was supposed to here but no tracking only 2 delays FedEx needs to do better than this I Been waiting and waiting long enough it is what it is. But Not doing business on time. If fedex won't contribute anything that works with good opportunity. Will be out of business for good. Retail is doing business with that company. Never did a review before my first time doing it.

The delivery driver marked my package as delivered yet he never even pulled up to my house. I contacted customer service and was told it was delivered and I should contact the shipper for proof of delivery. They in turn sent the seller the exact same information as if that makes it real. These drivers have always been less than professional. Not even bothering to put on a uniform. I stopped shipping anything with FedEx years ago for this reason and have had several issues receiving packages shipped thru them since.

Employees in their personal vehicles including 18 wheelers and box trucks use the shopping center parking lot as a shortcut to avoid light at Siegan lane!!!! I’ve almost gotten hit twice walking into planet fitness and had to dodge a 18 wheeler coming across the parking lot which almost resulted in a head on crash which I caught on dash cam! They zoom through this parking lot at 30-40 mph easy!!! Management needs to address this problem asap!!!!!
