If there was such a word beyond hating.... for this business I could find would use it. Customer service, damage packages, delay delivery, lying about delivery and pick. Reply to letterI with generic answers lack morals or sincerity. On and on I could go I DON'T do business with fedfoolery!

Driver lies about attempting delivery when I was home all day and have cameras.they never attempted delivery. Also has mis delivered and never found my package. The lying has happened three times in the 1 1/2 years I’ve lived at my current address.

The delivery guy was very helpful. he explained how the freight side of FedEx works and now I know if I need I can pick up larger items on my own trailer.
