The workouts are fantastic! It's great to be able to just show up and the variety and intensity of movements will be covered. Better yet is the community at F45 here: the staff and the people I've met in class are welcoming and encouraging.

I’ve been working out here since July and I Love this place. Love the trainers. They are real attentive and helpful. The classes are challenging which I like and I there are plenty morning and evening options so I can pretty much always make it work. I like that there is a class Sunday morning so I get to workout and still make it to church. Another plus is that when I’m away for work I can still do the workouts on the App. This gym is it!Keri and Lauren are my favorites!

I signed up here by accident at the beginning of the month. I use to live in BR but I’m in Utah now. I’ve been calling Bo almost everyday and haven’t gotten a response. It’s been almost 4 weeks now. My boyfriend finally called and left a brief voicemail. He got back to him immediately. He said he would refund him and cancel the membership but NEVER DID IT! This guy is very untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend this gym if you’re looking to workout with honest people.

The team at F45 City Square is amazing. The staff welcomes you in with a smile and the trainers are there to motivate you through the full workout.If you are ever in Baton Rouge and need a great workout in a clean and safe setting, stop in at the City Square location. Beau and his team do a great job. Go check them out.
